Spaces
This is an 8 week (In studio) course.
Starts: Wednesday April 2nd-May 21st from 7pm-9pm (8 week course)
This 8-week Beginner Drawing Course will focus on the base fundamentals of perspective, light/shadow, colour, and shape- with a spotlight on achieving the illusion of dimensional space. We will be working with a variety of media to explore different approaches and styles of drawing- from objects interacting with one another, to capturing the essence and mood of a landscape. Through guided exercises and simple projects, participants will build confidence in their ability to observe and translate what they see onto paper. By the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation of drawing in dimension, and will be equipped with the skills to continue exploring and improving on their own.
Instructor: Petra Bockus
